Aaran Oaks is a newly renovated ground floor luxury self-catering apartment (located directly beneath Aaran Haven apartment) both properties occupy a large detached stone house dating from 1880 set in the fabulous conservation location of Westgate, just minutes from beautiful sandy beaches, the famous North Berwick Golf Club, individual shops, restaurants/coffee shops, galleries and train station of North Berwick.

The apartment offers plenty of space in a contemporary look and feel throughout with the added benefit of all the mod cons you could possibly wish for. With its laidback feel it proves extremely popular throughout the year so we suggest you book early for 2017 so as not to be disappointed.

ACCOMMODATION

Large Living room/dining room with original Victorian marble fireplace with cast iron insert has a gas living flame fire.

Two large sofas, ample occasional furniture and dining table with six chairs

For entertainment there is an LG plasma TV with Freeview and SKY TV, PlayStation 3, iPod docking station and WIFI are also available.

Contemporary oak furniture and solid oiled oak flooring can be found throughout the property.

The kitchen has been fitted with stylish cream gloss units and fully integrated appliances including gas hob with extractor hood over, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

Three good size bedrooms sleep 6 guests most comfortably, the Master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room, fully tiled with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Two further bedrooms offer super king or twin beds or a combination of both. Quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels are standard, bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests staying for a week or more booking

The fully tiled family bathroom provides a free standing claw foot roll top bath with shower over, heated towel rail, WC and wash hand basin.

The property benefits from its own private entrance and individual private child safe garden ideal to relax and savour a good bottle of wine or an early evening G&T plus a few nibbles then light a BBQ and candles to enjoy dining al fresco in the evening sunshine or perhaps breakfast during the warmer summer months is a must!

APPROACHING NORTH BERWICK FROM THE SOUTH
From the A1, three miles past Dunbar, turn right and follow signs for North Berwick on the A198. The main road to the town centre takes you down to a mini roundabout, go right then take a left along the High Street.

APPROACHING NORTH BERWICK FROM THE WEST
Leaving Edinburgh (or its by-pass) take the A1 for Berwick upon Tweed, but follow the signs for North Berwick on the A198. You will enter the centre-of-town area down Station Hill where the fork ahead bears you to the left (one-way system) with putting green and sea on your left (Beach Road/ Forth Street) turn right at Church Street, then right again into High Street, Westgate is a continuation of the High Street. We are located across the Road from the Westgate Gallery.
