SUMMARY

This modern third floor, three bedroom two bathroom apartment with open plan living space boasts some of the best sea views this coastline has to offer. A communal entrance leads you in passed the utility room and on into a ground floor hallway this then leads up the stairs to the apartment. .

LIVING AREA

From the moment you enter the apartment it is impossible not to feel relaxed and chilled in this calming light filled environment. Entering through the hall you are greeted with the open plan living space including lounge and the views across the bay. There is ample seating on the large sofa where you can chill out, watch TV or just take in the views across the bay.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA

This spacious open plan dining area with its table and six seats positioned perfectly to see the beach and the sea. From here patio doors lead straight out onto one of the two glass enclosed balconies this one having a table and chairs for those alfresco breakfast or lunches. We would highly recomend that children are not allowed on either of the balcony areas without strict supervision.

The modern kitchen with surround sound speakers compliments the living space with its clean white units integrated appliances and extractor. With ample storage and all the equipment and utensils you’ll need to help make it a perfect stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The apartment has three well sized bedrooms with views to the front and rear of the property. The master bedroom with views out across the bay has a King size bed and ample storage with floor to ceiling wardrobes. This bedroom also has the benefit of a luxury en suite bathroom. Bedroom two with views to the rear of the property has two single beds and also has two additional children’s pull out beds if they were needed. The bedroom has a jack and jill adjoining bathroom which also has access from the main hall. Bedroom three has windows to the front and rear of the property and has a double size bed.

Located right in the middle of North Berwick yet has arguably some of the greatest views of the bay and the Forth. Clova Penthouse is located on the third floor of an impressive mansion house at the end of the main street and looks out across North Berwick Golf Club putting greens and the beach. Being located centrally its only a 5 minute walk along the main street where this seaside town centre is filled with individual shops, galleries, restaurants, coffee houses and bars. This is a fabulous place to relax and watch the world go by with easy access to the beach and the harbour area for watching a regatta boat race out to sea or visit the Seabird centre. One of the natural delights of this area not to be missed are the spectacular sun sets in the evening whilst sipping a G&T on the balcony.
